How to change time on Fitbit Versa using the app

To change the time using the Fitbit app, do the following:

  • Open the Fitbit app on your smartphone.
  • Next, tap "Today," located at the bottom of the screen.
  • Now tap your avatar in the app's top-left corner and select App Settings.

  • If you are using an iPhone, tap on the Time Zone option. Then, you will see "Set automatically" under the time zone. Once it is turned off, tap on the switch and turn it on. Is the time not correct? To turn off the option, tap on Time Zone and set it manually.
  • If you are using an Android, once you tap App Settings, you will see "Automatic Time Zone" instead of "Set automatically." Turn it off. Tap the Time Zone option and choose your time zone.

How to change the time on Fitbit Versa on your computer

You can make the desired changes on your computer as well. Here is how:

  • Open a browser of your choice, go to fitbit.com and log in.
  • Click on your account next to the trolley icon and choose Dashboard.

  • Click on the gear icon in the top-right and select Settings.
  • Click on Personal info.
  • Find Time Zone under Advanced Settings
  • Select the correct time zone
  • Once done, click Submit.

How to switch between 12 and 24-hour clock

If you want to switch between 12 and 24-hour clocks, follow the steps below:

  • Open a browser of your choice, go to fitbit.com and log in.
  • Click on the gear icon in the top-right and select Settings when the drop-down menu appears.
  • Click on Personal info.
  • Find Clock Display Time under Advanced Settings and select the clock you prefer
  • Once done, click Submit.
