This phone concept comes from a designer, Seyed Mehdi with the brand Samsung on its back. Of course, it’s not the official design for Samsung smartphone, but this concept opens the possibility of the old phone design. If we recall, the time when Nokia was dominating the phone market, they came with many expressive designs, one of them was Nokia 7600 series. This Samsung curve phone concept resemble to the Nokia 7600 series.
The concept reminds us to a Nokia 7600 series design, but it is longer and thinner.

I love this design. This concept design gives an opportunity for the application to be more flexible with the display shape. Furthermore, it gives a chance to Android or Windows phone to become the OS of this curved smartphone. With a various candy colors and thin design, it looks interesting.
This concept challenges the smartphone’s LCD manufactures, because of its unusual shape. We no longer see an expressive and unique design as Nokia did in the past, due to all OS and application is only designed for square or rectangular display.
