In few minutes, the 100% charge will drop to 99%, and the phone will start charging again and a pop-up with a notification “WIRELESS CHARGING…” will be shown on the screen. This cycle keeps repeating until you remove the charger from the phone.

Another reason of wireless charging notification sounds on Samsung Galaxy S5 could be the charging pad that is beeping. So first you have to determine which one is beeping, your Galaxy S5 or the wireless charging pad. To know that, bring all the volume down of your phone and then put it over the charging pad. If you see that still the beeping is there, then it’s the charging pad.

Now you are done. Your phone will not beep anymore when you put it on wireless charger pad.

But if the wireless charging pad is beeping, then to stop it open the pad, find the wire that is connected to the speaker and cut it. However, one thing you should remember that doing so will void the warranty of the charging pad.
