If you are the owner of iPhone 6s and you are experiencing battery life issues, you are not the only one. Many people who own the same device keep facing the same problem. The phone’s battery is draining crazy fast. Another thing that makes everything even more annoying is the fact the phone may shut down even if it has 30% battery left.

iPhone 6s battery issues are causing some devices to randomly shut off, even though they have enough battery left to run. Apple acknowledged this problem and is now offering a battery replacement program.

“Apple has determined that a very small number of iPhone 6s devices may unexpectedly shut down. This is not a safety issue and only affects devices within a limited serial number range that were manufactured between September and October 2015.”, Apple said in a statement on its official website.

“If you have experienced this issue, please use the serial number checker below to see if your iPhone 6s is eligible for a battery replacement, free of charge.”

If you own an iPhone 6s, and if you are experiencing these issues, click on the link below to see if your device is eligible for a free battery replacement.

Apple iPhone 6s Battery Replacement Program

All you need to do is submit your serial number, and you will see if your iPhone 6s is eligible for a battery replacement. You can find the serial number by going to Settings > General > About.

Apple said the battery problem and the fact the phones randomly shut down “is not a safety issue”. If your iPhone 6s is eligible for a replacement, make sure to call the Store in which you are about to go. Make sure they have the battery replacement program. At the moment, it seems that not all of the stores do have this program.
