Apple has announced that adoption of iOS 9 has reached 67% on November 16, 2015. This is the second month since iOS 9 was released on September 16. The latest iOS version at this moment is iOS 9.1, and Apple has released 9.2 Public Beta, which become the next version of iOS 9. From the graphic, we can see there are 24% users still using iOS 8. Apple should be concerned about this. Why those users do not want to update their iOS version to iOS 9?
