Solution No.1: Change network selection mode
When it comes to signal issues on Nokia Lumia 920, changing network selection mode is a good place to start solving the problem. Follow the steps below:
- Select Settings > mobile+SIM
- Now tap on SIM Settings
- Open a list under Network selection and set Automatic
Solution No.2: Restart your device
In many cases when you are experiencing problems with your Nokia Lumia device, a simple restart can fix it. Press and hold the Power button and once “Slide to power off” shows up on the screen, slide down and turn your device off. To turn the phone back on, press the Power button again. Check the signal.
