There are some common iPhone issues that you may stumble upon when using your device. Bluetooth problems fall into this group. How to fix iPhone 11 Bluetooth issues
Before trying any of the solutions listed below, make sure that your iPhone 11 and a Bluetooth device are close to each other.
Solution 1: Toggle Bluetooth
This is the best place to start. Simply navigate to Settings > Bluetooth and turn off this feature. Wait for a couple of seconds and toggle the switch again to turn it back on.
Solution 2: Restart your Bluetooth accessory
Simply turn off your Bluetooth accessory. Give it a minute or two and turn it back on. Also, make sure that the Bluetooth device is charged.
Solution 3: Restart your iPhone
You should also restart your iPhone. A restart may help you get rid of bugs that are causing connection issues. To restart your iPhone 11 press and hold volume buttons and the side buttons. The slider will appear, and once it does, drag it to turn your phone off. Press and hold the side button again to turn the phone back on.
Solution 4: Bluetooth app
There might be a dedicated Bluetooth app you need to use with your Bluetooth accessory. If that’s the case, you need to make sure the Bluetooth is enabled for that app. Go to Settings > Privacy > Bluetooth.
Solution 5: Unpair Bluetooth device
This can also help you fix the issue. What you need to do is unpair the Bluetooth device and then pair it again. Here is how:
- Navigate to Settings
- Tap Bluetooth
- Now find a device you wish to unpair
- Tap (i)
- Finally, tap Forget device
Once a Bluetooth device is in the discovery mode again, try pairing it with your iPhone 11.
Solution 6: Update the software
It is very important to get the latest software version as soon as it becomes available. It may fix various issues and it may also introduce some new features you’ll enjoy using. To update the software:
- Go to Settings
- Tap General
- Tap Software update
- If there is a new version, tap Download and Install
Solution 7: Reset network settings
Here is another thing for you to try. All of the network settings will be restored to factory defaults. Go to Settings > General > Reset > Reset network settings. Enter your passcode and tap Reset network settings to confirm.
