Solution No.1: Check the app
If the issue with 3D touch occurs when you are using a particular app, it means the app itself is actually the problem. See if there is an update for the app available in the App Store. You can also reinstall the app – delete it and download it again from the App Store.
Solution No.2: Reset All Settings
The other thing you can try in order to fix iPhone 6s 3D touch is to reset all settings. To do that go to Settings, tap General, tap Reset and select ‘Reset All Settings’. This will not delete the files stored on your iPhone.
Solution No.3: Erase All Content and Settings
If the previous solutions didn’t solve the problem, you may try erasing all content and settings, but in this case, make sure to backup your files. Follow these steps: go to Settings > General > Reset > Erase All Content And Settings. This usually takes a few minutes, and when it’s all done, set up your device as new.
