Here, we will share a few simple steps to find the bookmarks’ location. Here is what you need to do:

  • Open File Explorer on your PC
  • Copy the following into the address bar of the File Explorer: C:\Users\%username%\AppData\Local\Google\Chrome\User Data\Default

  • Hit Enter
  • Scroll down until you find the files named “Bookmarks” and “Bookmarks.Bak”

Copy these files to a USB drive and then paste the files to your new PC. After you install Chrome on your laptop or desktop, move these files to the same location. That’s it! Your bookmarks are now ready!
