But many of the owners of Nokia Lumia are complaining that they are facing wireless charging problem on Nokia Lumia.

Most of the users were very excited about this wireless charger. One user has reported that he tried his smartphone with two different wireless chargers but faced wireless charging problem on Nokia Lumia with both the chargers. 1. First of all, check if the charger light is on when you put the Nokia Lumia phone in charge. If the light is not coming, there is some problem with the charger because positioning of the charger is not that much important when you place the phone on the charger plate.

2. If the charger is not faulty, it should make a charging tone when you put your phone in charge. So check if it makes any sound.

3. Place your phone on another charging plate, which works properly. If you still face the same issue, then contact with the retailer from whom you bought your phone. And if your phone is in warranty period then contact with Nokia center.
