Solution 1: Soft reset/Force reboot
Soft reset is the first step that is advised. As Samsung Galaxy S8 is wrapped with a non-removable battery, in order to perform the soft reset press and hold down the power and volume down button altogether for around 7-10 seconds till the device is powered off.
