Methods to fix the issue

Method One:

Clearing the cache and data from Google Play Store can solve this issue. In order to do this, you need to follow the below steps.

> First head to the menu key and click on it.

> Go to the System settings.

> Tap General and look for the Device option.

> Press the ‘App’ and swipe left to get ‘All’.

> You will get the Google play Store here which needs to be pressed.

> Tap the clear cache and then Clear Data.

> Click ‘Ok’ to go ahead with the process.

The process is completed and the issue of not able to download apps from Play Store should be fixed. However, all the settings will be lost during this process, which requires you to set up the Play store accounts again.

Method two:
