Solution No.1: Restart your iPhone
Sometimes, your iPhone needs a little refreshment, and often, that is all you need to do to. Press and hold the sleep/wake button, drag the slider once it appears and turn your phone off. When it’s off, press and hold the sleep/wake button to turn it on. See if the touchscreen is working normally, and if the issues are still there, move to the other solutions.
Solution No.2: Remove the case and the screen protector
If you have the iPhone case remove it, and do the same with the screen protector.
Solution No.3: Clean the screen
Use the dry cloth and gently clean the screen. the screen may slow down because there is dirt or moisture on it.
Solution No.4: Reset all settings
This can help, and don’t worry because your files won’t be deleted. Do the following:
- Navigate to Settings
- Tap General
- Tap Reset
- Tap Reset all settings
Solution No.5: Erase all content and settings
Unlike the previous solution, erasing all content and settings will wipe everything off, including your data so before you start, make sure to backup everything that is important to you. When you do that, follow these steps:
- Go to Settings
- Ta General
- Tap Reset
- Tap Erase all content and settings
This may take a while, and when the process is completed, follow the on-screen steps to step up your iPhone 6s as a new device.
Solution No.6: iOS update
If there is a new version of iOS available, you should update your device.
