Problem 1: Does your iPhone 5S displays a Wi-Fi grayed out icon?

Solution to Problem 1:Several users are experiencing grayed out Wi-Fi icon problem on iPhone 5S which doesn’t allow them to access a Wi-Fi network. Basically, such of this problem is due to iOS incompatibility or the device settings. To solve the problem, the solution below may help.Update your iOS to its latest version. Perhaps, upgrade to the new version iOS 7. If the problem is due to your device settings, go to Settings > Disable Airplane Mode > go to General > Reset > tap Reset Network Settings. NOTE: Before you reset, record all saved important data such as         Wi-Fi passwords, Bluetooth pairing codes, VPN and APN settings.

Problem 2: Does your iPhone 5S fails to find Wi-Fi networks?

Solution to Problem 2: Inability to find a network is a very common iPhone 5S Wi-Fi problem experience by most users. To fix the problem, go to Settings > Wi-Fi and choose an available network. If your phone cannot recognize a network, get closer to available wireless router near you. If still it doesn’t work, go to Settings > General > Reset > Reset Network Settings. Now, connect to a network. Go back to Settings > Wi-Fi and select a network.

To solve the problem, go to Settings > Wi-Fi > Troubled Wi-Fi Network > then tap Renew Lease. Test if the signal is okay. If signal still drops, go to Settings > Wi-Fi > Trouble shoot Wi-Fi Network > then tap Forget This Network. Reconfigure your Wi-Fi and select a network. If your iPhone 5S Wi-Fi problem still exist, go to Settings > General > Reset > Reset Network Settings and restart your Phone. This will help you solve the problem.
