Your Samsung App Store is not working, getting  “Error Service Unavailable (1000)”?  Most people who tried to download app from the Samsung App store are constantly  receiving “Information Network Unavailable” .

I just got a Galaxy S3 and put my sims card in it. Everything works but when I go to Samsung Apps, find an app I like then click on it the message “Information Network Unavailable” pops up. What caused Information Network Unavailable”  On Samsung Galaxy 

 Fix Information Network Unavailable and Error Service Unavailable (1000)

This issue is caused by a Core System host file (/etc /host) that is pointed to Google Server  that has changed your IP address, thus blocking access to apps .

Thus, whenever you try to provide account credential such as Gmail account . it will periodically    pop up Can’t establish a reliable connection to the server”

How To Fix Information Network Unavailable and Error Service Unavailable (1000)

Before we continue with the methods of fixing error service unavailable (1000,2000)  /Information Network Unavailable  , make sure it is not a sim card problem

To Test If this a Sim Card Problem :

>dial *#*#4636#*#* in the dialer

>You will be prompt with a testing menu

>click phone/device information

>Run ping test

>The drop down list select : GSM Auto (PRL)

>Click Turn off radio

>Restart

Method 1Fix Information Network Unavailable

This method is called the Clear data, cache and re-installing Samsung App.

Samsung App store error 1000 most time cause by a server problem on Samsung’s end.The Data Files and temporary stored cache are saturated and needs to be cleared.

>Navigate to settings

>Application Manager

>ALL

>Samsung Apps/Samsung Push Service

>Clear Cache and Clear Data

After you have cleared cache, that won’t be enough to fix Error Service Unavailable (1000). 

You need to delete your existing Samsung account or Reinstall it.

To Remove Your existing Samsung Account  :

Navigate to

>Settings

>Account /Sync

>Samsung Account

>Remove Account

(OPTIONAL)

For some people, this is all they need to get it working and to fix Information Network Unavailable. But, in some cases you need to Re-install Samsung App Store

>Navigate to settings

>Application Manager

>ALL

>Samsung App

>Uninstall

then

> Install it  back from Google Play-“Samsung Push Service”

Method 2- Fix Error Service Unavailable (1000)

Stop all Google services and try to sign in again.

To stop Google Services,

Navigate to:

>Settings
>Application Manager
>ALL
>Force Stop all the Services
>Google Play Store
>Google Play service

>Samsung Push Service

After you stop these services,  sign in again into Samsung App/Gmail/.

Method 3

This is the finial method to fix information Network Unavailable and Error Service Unavailable (1000). This method is called, “Factory Reset” Most people has found a solution by resetting their phone to it’s default state.

But

Before you Reset your phone, you need to backup your phone

To Factory Reset Your Samsung Galaxy :

>Navigate to Settings

>Backup and Reset

>Factory Data Reset

>Done.
