To activate Do not disturb feature on your Apple Watch follow the steps below:
- Launch the Settings app on your watch
- Click on Do not disturb feature
- Enable it by moving the switch

In order for this action to take effect on your iPhone as well, you need to enable the option called “Mirror iPhone” using the Apple Watch app on your iPhone. Here is how you can do that:

- Tap on My Watch
- Click on Do not disturb
- Move the switch next to “Mirror iPhone”.
You will see the short description under this option: “Turning on Do not disturb on your Apple Watch will also turn on Do not disturb on your iPhone, and vice versa.”
