Common Problems On Moto X

Voice cutting out is one of the most common problems on Moto X and many users are facing this issue during making calls. Most of the Moto X owners have reported that the person on the other end of the phone cannot hear them. When they start a call, it starts normally, but after a minute the voice of the owner starts to cut out, and the caller cannot hear properly. It happens in strong signal area also.

You can try to solve this problem by going to Settings > disabling voice privacy in your Moto X. Also the bug is fixed from Motorola and you should receive an OTA update to fix this issue. But if you have not seen this update yet, then contact with your retailer and ask about it.

Motorola Assist stuck on

Motorola Assist stuck on is another most common problems on Moto X that many users are facing. Motorola Assist normally automates some actions at preset times such as when you drive a car. The problem is that Motorola Assist uses GPS to determine if you are driving, and it assumes that you are driving even when you are not driving, just passenger only. Some users have tried to fix this problem by selecting ‘I am not driving’ option on the notification. But it did not work for them, and Moto X kept on receiving call and read every massage loudly for the rest of the night.

For temporary solution open settings on your phone, go to Apps and disable all the Motorola Assist running processes.

For permanent solution, you have to wait as Motorola has promised to update a fix to the problem. The update you should get automatically, but you can check going to Menu > Settings > About Phone > System updates.
