Xiaomi 13 Ultra to Launch with "67 mm Adapter" Accessory for Enhanced Camera Capabilities

Xiaomi has announced that its latest flagship smartphone, the Xiaomi 13 Ultra, will be available for purchase starting on April 18th. The company has emphasized that the 13 Ultra will be a professional camera device, not just a smartphone with impressive cameras. To further highlight the importance of its camera capabilities, Xiaomi is also launching an accessory called a "67 mm filter adapter."
Although the posted image of the adapter was shadowed, an increase in brightness revealed that the accessory will have a green leather feel and will act as a case for the device. The adapter is expected to have an E67 Leica 67 UVa II filter for the camera, similar to Sony's Xperia Pro series.
It is unclear whether Xiaomi is working on a special camera app to enhance the cinematic experience further. However, the four cameras are expected to have 50 MP Sony sensors, with the main being a 1" IMX 989, and the other three Sony IMX 858 sensors. In addition, the 13 Ultra will feature the latest hardware, including a Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 chipset.
The Xiaomi 13 Ultra is poised to make a statement with its advanced camera technology, and the new accessory provides users with more options to capture professional-quality images.
