1. First of all, turn off the Wi-Fi router and HTC One M7 phone and leave them for 30 seconds. Again turn both on and try the connection.

2. Delete the Wi-Fi connection from your HTC One M7 and then enter the details manually. Here is how to do that:

  • Tap on Wi-Fi under the Wireless & network option.
  • Ensure Wi-Fi is turned on.
