OnePlus to Launch Ace 2 Pro with Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 Chip and Curved 1.5k Screen
OnePlus is reportedly working on a Pro version of its Ace 2 smartphone, which will be powered by the Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 chip. The news comes from reliable tipster Digital Chat Station (DCS), who also revealed that the device will feature a 1.5k curved screen with a new technology that is being tested by BOE.
No other specs of the OnePlus Ace 2 Pro were revealed by DCS, but rumors suggest that it will share the same camera setup and battery as the Ace 2. This means that the device could come with a 5,000 mAh battery and four cameras, including a 50MP primary, 8MP ultrawide, 2MP macro, and 16MP selfie camera.
The OnePlus Ace 2 was unveiled in February, powered by the Snapdragon 8+ Gen 1 chip, while the Ace 2V followed in March with the Dimensity 9000 chip. Fans of the brand are eagerly awaiting the release of the Ace 2 Pro, which is expected to be a significant upgrade over the previous models.
The Ace 2 and Ace 2V have already garnered a lot of attention for their impressive specs and features, and you can check out a detailed comparison of the two devices on the OnePlus website. As we wait for more information on the Ace 2 Pro, fans can look forward to another high-quality device from the innovative smartphone manufacturer.
