Asus is set to unveil the eighth edition of its popular ROG Phone series, and the company has given us an official sneak peek. The ROG Phone 8 introduces a fresh back design, showcasing a distinctive pentagon-shaped camera island housing three camera sensors and an LED flash. Notably, a side-mounted USB-C port, reminiscent of last year's ROG Phone 7 series, adds to the device's functionality.

Leaked details of the ROG Phone 8 Ultimate on Geekbench have stirred excitement, including the powerful Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 chipset and an impressive 24GB of RAM. Additionally, the phone has obtained certification for 65W charging from China's 3C agency, hinting at rapid and efficient charging capabilities.

Anticipated to hit the market early in 2024, the ROG Phone 8 series will likely include a standard Phone 8 model alongside a more advanced Phone 8 Pro variant. Stay tuned for a blend of sleek design and cutting-edge features in Asus's latest gaming-centric smartphone lineup.
