Steps to hide the notch on Huawei Mate 20 Pro

When it comes to the notch, we should not discuss whether it is something you should show or something that you should hide. It is a matter of personal taste, and that’s why no one should tell you what to do. You should decide on your own. You can hide it, or you can leave it; it is up to you.

Our job is to show you the steps, and that’s precisely what we are going to do:

  • Open the Settings app
  • Next, tap Display
  • Tap on More Display Settings
  • Tap Notch
  • Now tap on the Hide notch option

You may change your mind later and want to go back to default settings. That’s simple. Follow the same steps until you reach the notch, then tap Default.
